Trust and data
Where a request is computed, what is logged and what never is. For your security and legal teams.

The path of a request
- On your side Your application Calls the API from your server, with your key. Stays Your key, which the API never sends back to you.
- In Switzerland api.learnya.ai Gateway Checks the key and picks the model your plan provides. Logs The workspace, the model and the token count. Never the content.
- Data centre Learnya model Computes the response. If a server does not respond, another one takes over in Switzerland. Never Your content is not used to train a model.
- Back Response Relayed as the model writes it, streamed if you ask. Stays On your side only. The gateway does not keep it.
What is logged
| Data | Logged | Why |
|---|---|---|
| The text of your messages | No | The gateway passes it to the model without recording it |
| The model’s response | No | Relayed to you without being stored |
| Workspace, model and time | Yes | To know which model served which request |
| Token count | Yes, per day and per organisation | To track usage |
Our commitments
- Your requests are computed in Switzerland, and failover stays in Switzerland too.
- No content sent to the API is used to train a model.
- Learnya can also be installed on your own servers, including without an internet connection.
The data processing agreement and our answers to your security questionnaires are available from the Learnya team.
